This series contains morning or strength reports prepared by various units of the Air National Guard from 1952 to 1966. The forms list the name and number of personnel assigned, discharged, transferred, and appointed to the various units of the Guard. The relevant orders relating to personnel changes are also included.

The Air National Guard was created in 1947, after the National Guard Bureau authorized its creation in 1946. The Guard was housed in facilities located at Jacksonville's Imeson Field until a separate base was constructed in the 1960s. The Guard was originally comprised of four component units: 159th Fighter Squadron; Utility Flight of the 159th; Detachment C, 217th Air Service Group, and 159th Weather Station.
